As well as our bespoke garden rooms we now offer a range of garden rooms in our three most popular sizes.

These fully insulated, cladded garden rooms offer our amazing quality of work but are pre-designed and priced to save time and money. With no planning permission required they can be fully built in 3-4 weeks from deposit.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Walls and cladding

• Fully insulated walls

• Standard joinery grade vertical or horizontal cladding with upgrades to our fire-rated cladding available in 10 colours. (£800 3x3; £1100 4x3; £1450 5x3). Any other cladding choices can be added but they will be POA.

• Internal walls are plaster boarded and plastered and include a choice of colour paint. 

 

Frame, roof and base

• Base walls and roof constructed out of SFS steel frame with a lifetime warranty.  

• 2-2.5m ground screws used for foundations no digging or mess is made.

• GRP fibre glass roof is installed with a 30 year warranty. 

• Single drainage on rear of roof with down pipe.

 

Windows and doors

• 1500m French doors for 3x3 with two 0.5m side windows 1500m French doors for 3x3 with two 0.5m side windows attached to doors for 4x3 and 1800mm doors with two single 0.5m windows for 5x3 size.

Interior

• Choice of vinyl flooring with fitted skirting boards.

• Supplied and fitted with armoured electrical feed provided from your fuse board to the garden room to a 2- way fuse board which we will include two outside up and down lights, two gang light switch, four spot lights for 3x3 and  six spot lights for 4x3 and eight  spot lights for 5x3, three double sockets for 3x3 and 4x3 and four double sockets fitted to 5x3 and electric radiator with an extraction fan for ventilation.

 

Extras

• Supply and fit of CAT 6 Wi-Fi from your property to the  garden room including two data points and a booster Wi-Fi Hub to provide your garden room with the same internet as your property.

• We can supply and fit toilets, sink, showers, bars and media walls or anything that you want to fit in with your lifestyle price on request.
